ON PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Pursuant to Article 10 “Data Controller’s Obligation to Inform” the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 aimed at protecting privacy and fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals during processing of personal data that has been promulgated in the Official Gazette No. 29677 of April 7th, 2016 (“PDPL”), and Communique on Principles and Procedures About Performance of Obligation to Inform that has been promulgated in the Official Gazette No. 30356 of March 10th, 2018, we aim to provide you, pre-SIEF participants, about your personal data that are processed by Lanxess Kimya Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Lanxess” veya “Şirket”) having its registered office at Fatih Sultan Mehmet Mh. Poligon Cd. Buyaka 2 Sit.No.8b K.19 Ümraniye/İstanbul address that acts in the capacity of data controller (“Lanxess” or “Company”).

Within the scope of your relationship with Lanxess, your personal data are processed in order to evaluate the results of the survey.
- TRANSFER OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data can be transferred to the global database of Lanxess and can be shared with the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization if requested by official authorities.
- METHODS AND LEGAL GROUNDS OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA
Lanxess collects, stores and processes your personal data from you, third persons and public authorities during formation and the term of the employment relationship with the Company, over the internet, by telephone, via e-mail and from physical, written and electronic platforms for the purposes listed above and based on the legal grounds listed below and in Articles 5, 6 and 8 of the Law no 6698.

- Provided that, it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, it is necessary to process the personal data of the parties of the contract, to provide the requested products and services and to fulfill the requirements of the contracts you have concluded,
- It has been made public by the person concerned,
- Processing is compulsory for establishing, exercising or protecting a right,
- It is compulsory to process the data for data controller's legitimate interests provided that data subject’s fundamental rights and freedoms are not damaged.
- RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECT
Pursuant to provisions of Article 11 of the Law no 6698, you have right to:
- Get information as to whether personal data is processed or not;
- Get information on processing if personal data is processed;
- Get information on purpose of processing personal data and as to whether processing is performed in accordance with that purpose of not;
- Get information on third persons in the country or abroad who are transferred personal data;
- Request correction in case personal data are processed in an incomplete or erroneous manner,
- Request deletion or destruction of personal data,
- Request notification of third persons who are transferred personal data in case personal data are corrected, deleted or destroyed.
- Submit an objection in case an outcome is obtained against the data subject as a result of analysing processed data solely through automatic systems;
- Claim compensation of losses in case any loss is suffered due to processing of personal data in breach of the law.

I hereby represent and agree that within the scope of the survey and evaluation process I made with LANXESS KİMYA TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Lanxess" or "Company"), I have been informed about my personal data processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No.6698, I understand the issues subject to information, and I have learned in detail about my legal rights regarding the said records.
- In order to carry out the SIEF formation processes; I consent to the processing of my Communication Data and IP address data, which are explained in the clarification text, to be transferred to the global database of LANXESS and to be shared with the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization if requested by official authorities.
